An opportunity has come up for a Contracts Administrator & Junior Estimator to join our team to assist in the delivery of various projects. As a dual role, Estimating would also be included in your responsibilities. This is a long-term position that will transition into full time estimating for the right candidate.

With mentoring, training and overall encouraging environment to grow, this role would suit a current Contracts Administrator who is looking to move into an Estimator role.
This role is office based, Monday to Friday role.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and singing up of new subcontractors
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Administration of RFI’s to clients, consultants
- Assisting in WHS requirements for Site Supervisors
- Maintaining orders from site & suppliers as per schedule & updating of appropriate registers
- Work under our estimators gaining experience and learning our software, systems and procedures
What you will need:
- Experience in Contracts Administration
- Wanting to upskill or move your career into Estimating
- Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
- Time management skill and the availability to work full time
