Our client has been kicking goals for a decade, they have a loyal customer base, great balance sheet and a strategy that includes doubling their company turnover in the next 5 years. Due to their continued success, they are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their head office in North Brisbane. Their projects consist of new build, refurbishment and fit out, up to $15m across south east QLD.

The role
As the Contracts Administrator you will work closely with the Project Manager providing end to end CA support on 1,2 or 3 projects depending on your experience and the size/complexity of the project. You will be responsible for;
Procurement – Scoping subcontractor packages and letting trades.
Commercial Management – Managing subcontractor progress claims, variations and payments. Assisting the Project Manager with monthly cost reports.
Document Management – Responding to and managing RFI’s. QA and Safety documentation.
