Contracts Administrator/ Senior Contracts Administrator - Renewable Energy
$140000 - $160000 per annum As a Contracts Administrator/Senior Contracts Administrator,you will be part of the Project Management team in Onshore Construction which comprises a team of highly motivated colleagues, primarily responsible for project execution including installation and commissioning of wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Construction department with enthusiastic and ongoing advice and recommendations in relation to commercial and contractual issues
• affecting the delivery of projects to meet the required safety, quality, time and budget standards.
• Manage a team of contracts managers and contracts administrators in ANZ region and act as escalation point to senior management.
• Contract administration
• Contractual cost management
• Identification and management of key deliverables
• Facilitate the contract-related correspondences required in respect of notices, payments, extension of time claims, variations.
• Scope management/change control
• Risk and opportunity support

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Commercial or Law
• Experience in the construction, engineering or renewables industries and for instance also Quantity Surveying experience at a senior QS level.
• Significant stakeholder management skills, communication skills and negotiation skills

Competencies

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Contracts Management in the energy sector, renewables, civil construction, or infrastructure on major projects.
• You are an independent self-starter who pays high attention to detail and can work in a time-sensitive situation meeting tight deadlines.
• You have an accurate and rigid approach to applying contractual mechanisms and procedures, and you have a perceptive approach to problem-solving.
• Have previous and extensive contract management and commercial experience and managing teams of specialists
• Claims management and project risk management experience
• Experience from renewable energy or construction or engineering industries will be highly regarded
• Skilled the user of Microsoft Office programs
