Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts & Risk Manager will be responsible for the following;
Manage the delivery of their key contract agreements with their customer partners
Ensure contract KPI's are being met along with effective contract performance
Manage out of scope contract activities and ensure appropriate communication and documentation
Identify and implement contract and partnership improvement opportunities
Manage contract renewals, extensions and variations
Negotiate new contract agreements as the company expand their operations
Implement a risk management model across the key contracts while improving the contract management process
This role wont have any direct reports though will play an important role within the leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a strong contracts background including pre and post award activities. You will have experience in managing existing contracts such as KPI reporting, contract performance, compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.You will also have a risk management aptitude with the ability to identify risk and use it to deliver commercial value. You will ideally come from a tertiary background such as accounting, contracts, MBA or risk and compliance.
