Contracts/Client Administrator - Residenital - $70K -$85K + Super

• Deal directly with Key clients, Brokers and land developers from pre-construction contracts through to handover
• Colour palette selections and variations as required
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years experience working for a residential builder
• Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, and Contracts Administrators will be considered
• Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers
• Understand plans and construction documentation
