Control Room Operator

We are currently seeking proactive & professional Security Officers with Control Room Operator experience for a large mixed use retail and commercial precinct in North Sydney, NSW.  We will accept applications for Full Time roles.

Essential to the role:

• To apply for this position, applicants must hold a current NSW Security Licence and current First Aid Certificate.
• You must be able to provide evidence of holding a Certificate II in Security Operations (minimum) and WH&S Card (White Card)
• A Proactive approach to Providing Outstanding Customer Service to a Variety of Stakeholders
• High level of organisation, ability to multitask and keep calm in emergency situations 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service at the highest standard
• Liaising with various stakeholders
• Monitoring & Excellent Communication with Management & Team 
• Incident & Hazard Reporting (use of Computer based Systems & Verbal Communication)
• Assisting in Security related Incidents & Emergency Management
• Provision of First Aid 
• Contractor Management & Supervision
• Participate in all Required training & Inductions Sessions 

Highly Desirable:

• Recent Police History Check
• Ability to work rotating rosters, nights & weekends if required
