YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY pivotal role reporting to a hands-on supportive Property Law Partner, you will relish the mentorship + challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking ownership of your files/managing your own clients (and assisting the partner with more complex large-scale matters).
If you're a conveyancer, your role will be focused mainly on managing your own conveyancing files (residential & commercial property including off-the-plans);
If you're a property lawyer, in addition to conveyancing, you will also engage in leases (commercial/retail/industrial), licence agreements, put/call options, property due diligence, Local government/planning issues, consolidations/partitions/subdivisions, property developments, easements/covenants, finance & tax issues.

INVITATION
We are interested in hearing from you IF you:
Have minimum 1 year hands-on experience (up to associate level) in property law+ solid knowledge of relevant legislation in NSW;
Have proven your ability to highly autonomously manage your own conveyancing files from start to finish (including off-the-plan)+ are PEXA competent (essential) +preferably experience in leasing/other non-conveyancing property law (if a lawyer);
Possess strong legal drafting+ time prioritisation skills & high attention to detail (essential);
Are highly adaptable (not rigid in your set ways) + client-centric + results-focused;
Have proven ability to work in a fast-moving deadline driven work environment.
Have outstanding communication/people skills;
