We are looking for an experienced Casual Cook with a real passion for food and hospitality to join the team at The Brook in Point Cook.
We have something for everyone! We pride ourselves on the atmosphere we have here at The Brook. Customers feel personally cared for and serviced in every aspect of our venue.
What will my duties include?
- Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
- Work in conjunction with the kitchen management team to develop and implement seasonal menus as required.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a large bistro kitchen environment or a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Understanding of current Food safety legislation (HACCP).
