Salters is a brand new taste sensation offering incredible coffee, great food and fantastic customer service, with the first Salters taking Bowral by storm, its time to create our next destination at Dirty Janes Canberra.
We are looking for cooks or chefs who want to join us on our journey.
We will be operating Monday to Sunday for breakfast and lunch.
We are looking for 2-3 chefs/cooks to take ownership of the kitchen and provide the guest with an exceptional culinary experience.
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion
- Work with our Group Head Chef in Bowral to create new menus
- Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the Group Head Chef
- Day to day kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, service.
- Maintaining a high level of quality and consistency with every dish
- Breakfast and lunch service only, no nights
