About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s Cooks/Chefs to join our team to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Cook or Chef
- Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Stock control and ordering experience
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, early morning or late-night shifts
- Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or above is advantageous
