Cooking Studio Chef

Compass Group is looking for cooking studio chefs with passion about delivering superior food and service. Key Duties

• Planning and execution of Studio cooking classes to residents at the Village
• Manage the Studio courses content and deliver this to residents of the village. The role will prepare courses for 16 residents maximum
• Manage the content and ordering of ingredients for the Studio cooking classes at the Village to be in line with the budget
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Studio kitchen
• Responsible for adhering to the Food safety requirements of the contract

The Person

• Formal Cooking qualifications
• Understanding and experience in delivering cooking classes to small groups
• Exceptional organisation, customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Demonstrated flexibility, including willingness to work within tight time frames
• The ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work lists
• Be able to adapt to change
• Some understanding of working in a remote environment
