We're looking for...
- Passionate Cooks and Chefs to join our growing team take a highly visible role in the preparation, cooking and serving of meals;
- Trades Qualification - Cert IV in Kitchen Management, food safety supervisor;
- A minimum 2-year experience in Turkish restaurant, be able to prepare and marinate Turkish style Adana, Lamb and Chicken;
- Be able to make sauces (Hummus, Tahini, Garlic Yoghurt, Aioli, Chipotle), Salad (Tabouli Salad, Greek Salad ...etc)
- A minimum 2-year experience as a pizza chef or pizza cook;
- Creating hand stretched Neapolitan style pizza, Turkish style Pide and Gozleme from scratch;
- Have experience on Biryani cooking. Ability to cook chicken Lamb and Veggie curry with Basmati Rice;
- A minimum 2-year café and Barista experience. Ability to make coffee and prepare variety of café dishes, Eg. Egg Benedict, Avocado Sourdough…etc
- Have Sushi Shop experience, ability to cut fresh Salmon fish, prepare California Salmon Poke, Spicy Ahi Poke, garlic prawn and sushi rice;
- Ability to planning menus, developing recipes, and estimating and setting portion sizes. supervising the activities of cooks, apprentices and assistants;
- Overall knowledge of all operations, include stock ordering, stock control, food cost;
- Organize and plan staff rosters, train staffs, control of labour cost, leading work teams;
- Professional with a good attitude and attention to detail;
