Council is seeking a dynamic Coordinator Communications to lead a high-performing team delivering a diverse range of quality communications campaigns.
The Coordinator Communications is a skilled writer with a passion for engaging diverse audiences and developing quality print and digital publications. Your career in government communications will help you build strong stakeholder relationships with media outlets and Council staff as you work to deliver positive outcomes for the Macedon Ranges Shire community.
Reporting directly to the Manager Communications and Engagement, the Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day communications activities across Council and leading the communications team to deliver high quality work.
Partnering with the Communications and Engagement team, this position will ensure that advertising and promotion, communications plans, publication creation, digital updates and internal communications are created to a high standard.
Council supports a hybrid way of working and you will have the opportunity for flexible work arrangements, which can be a combination of working from home and from our Kyneton office.
The Coordinator Communications is an exciting, team leader position where every day is different.
