About this opportunity
The successful candidate will implement policies and strategies to improve access to services and programs to maximise community wellbeing. You will be valued for your partnership approach, innovation in problem solving, leadership and team development capability. In this role you will:
Oversee implementation of key strategies including:
Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021-2025
Recreation and Open Space Strategy
Enhance youth engagement and participation outcomes
Facilitate and develop partnerships with community groups and key organisations
What will you bring

experience in leading the design and delivery of services and programs within a community context
project management and budgeting experience
team leadership and staff development experience
facilitation and presentation skills to enhance community engagement outcomes
strong background in maintaining and growing stakeholder relationships
