About the College:
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and New Zealand.
RANZCOG is committed to the establishment and maintenance of the highest possible standards of practice in women's health and provides programs in training, accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) that are responsive to the evolving health care needs of women.
RANZCOG supports research into women's health and act as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating a range of activities relevant to curriculum development.
Assisting with the development of documents related to curriculum review projects.
Disseminating curriculum review documents to relevant stakeholders and triaging and consolidating feedback.
Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with curriculum review project planning.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in business administration preferably in secondary, tertiary, or postgraduate educational settings
Experience coordinator/administration role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within strict timeframes.
Excellent abilities to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, particularly document preparation and correspondence.
