About our role- We care about others
You will be appointed as the Nominated Supervisor of the Service
Manage the day to day operation of an Outside School Hours Care service, ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are observed
Lead and mentor a team of educators - provide guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework
Develop opportunities for quality improvement within your team
Maintain positive relationships with children, families and the school community
Implement an educational program that aligns with the My, Time Our Place Framework
Develop a Quality Improvement Plan
Develop a vacation care program
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week at Ingleburn.
The salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Our requirements to provide care
Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
Experience in education and/or care of children and leading a team
Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Paid (Employee) Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Employees are required to have received 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination
