Coordinator Environment & Natural Assets (Arboriculture) - Permanent

Mount Barker District Council is excited to be seeking experienced applicants within the Arboriculture field to contribute to the maintenance and risk management of Council’s flourishing Natural Assets, including trees, roadsides, creeks, watercourses and wetlands.

In the newly created Coordinator, Environment & Natural Assets (Arboriculture) position, you will perform audits and inspections on Council’s natural tree assets, manage works programs, provide expert advice, and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Diploma in Arboriculture with a demonstrated ability to prepare specialist reports. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication skills and proven technical ability in arboriculture and maintenance.

The salary range for this role is $90,620— $97,181 plus superannuation.
