ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Mental Health services support hundreds of people each year throughout many New South Wales communities. As a Coordinator your role is to coordinate the delivery of day-to day services and supports, in a mental health residential setting, to deliver quality person-centred outcomes whilst ensuring service standards are met and programs are operated within program guidelines and key performance indicators.

You will be passionate about providing high quality services to our clients, have fantastic coordination skills and experience with the ability to communicate effectively and foster a great team environment.

Criteria:

• Cert IV in relevant industry Qualification and/or significant relevant experience 
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
• Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
• Ability to coordinate a complex workload by way of planning and organisation of priorities.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
• Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators
• Capacity to interpret and work within relevant program guidelines and to monitor service provision within a given budget.
• Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
