The Role
As a Mid-level Creative (Copywriter), you will already have some great work already under your belt, but looking to work on larger, more varied creative campaigns.
You'll work across the The&Partnership Australian accounts which include Mars Confectionary, Mars Petcare and Mars Food, creating and producing for all media channels, digital formats, social platforms, sponsorships and partnerships, as well as effective presentations, and any other materials where the opportunity arises.
You'll be part of a global team with Worldwide accounts, which include Toyota/Lexus, Mars, AON, Audible, and the The Coca-Cola Company. Concept creation is required along with a portfolio of great creative ideas and writing skills.
This role is based in Melbourne.
You will be:
- Developing creative concepts for live briefs; autonomously, within a creative team or alongside a Creative Director
- Articulating the big ideas behind your creative work in a coherent and persuasive way
- Presenting your ideas in internal and client meetings and managing creative feedback, constructively challenging colleagues and clients alike to make the best work we can
- Honing your craft and getting into the detail of the execution to ensure the best quality of output for the agency
- Demonstrating an understanding of how ideas can be executed in different media and the impact of our work on broader culture
- Listening, learning and ultimately understanding the bigger picture
- Ability to translate your ideas into brilliant, relevant creative, that works across different media
- Critical thinking for briefs to create work that solves the client's business challenges
- Understanding of production processes across all media channels
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative mindset for colleagues and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial creativity to come up with ideas and deliver under pressure
- Organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in a similar agency setting (or similar) with proven portfolio to show for it
