Fantastic opportunity for a person with corporate affairs experience to join a team focused administration team offering a salary package of $80K (negotiable). My client is looking for someone full time.

Our client is a long-standing, high-performance CA firm located near Braeside offering a range of services such as tax compliance, business services and assurance. They are currently looking for an administration person with corporate affairs experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a team player who is looking to join a professional firm in a supportive and friendly environment.
About the role:
Manage all corporate affairs matters relating to our 250+ companies including company changes and annual reviews
Maintain the Australian Business Register for our clients
Liaising with the ASIC and other regulatory bodies
Maintaining corporate registers
Provide support to a team of Accountants with tasks including but not limited to ATO portal maintenance, collating accounts, general assistance
Working within the administration team performing general administration duties as they arise such as mail, answering incoming calls, scanning, typing, office maintenance.
What you will need to succeed:
Strong Corporate Affairs & ASIC portal experience (preferably BGL CAS 360)
Previous experience in an accounting firm
Proficient in Microsoft office and general information technology skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills and someone who enjoys working within a team.
