About this position:
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence in a high security government building. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all the staff and visitors, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Front of house reception and provision of customer service
Manage the screening process for hearings
Provide security during hearing sessions
Conduct patrols in and around the facility
Ability to liaise with high profile clientele & people on all levels
Skills and experience:
Current WA Security license and Certificate II in Security Operations
Baseline and NV1 Security Clearance
Excellent Concierge experience required
Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication, professional presentation and problem solving skills
Good computer skills
Personal alertness and the ability to remain diligent on task
Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
Baseline and NV1 security clearances are essential but assistance with these will be provided.
