Your New Role
You will be a valuable addition to the renewable energy team by working on internationally significant projects. You will act for large private entities and NASDAQ-listed companies in all aspects of the development, financing, acquisition and disposal of renewable energy projects.
As a top-tier corporate lawyer, you will work alongside an Australian-trained partner who has enjoyed great success in the US where they have carved out a niche in the renewable energy sector. Having worked with this lawyer during their career, we know them to be an excellent practitioner and a genuinely down-to-earth individual. - 3-6 years PAE in corporate law, M&A preferably from a top-tier firm;
- A genuine interest or experience in the renewable energy space;

- An ability to manage changing situations and a commitment to succeed
