About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a personable and proactive Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service via phone and face to face and play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of our modern Adelaide CBD Head Office.
You will enjoy a varied day including:
- Switchboard operation
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Management, booking and set up of meeting rooms
- Arranging catering and deliveries
- General office administrative tasks
- Support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office
About you:
You enjoy being the go to person who wants to put their hand up to help and you have:
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail is imperative
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Previous experience in reception or customer/client facing role would be highly regarded
