We have an opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team in our Sydney Head Office and be the welcoming face of Stockland.
About the Role
As our Corporate Receptionist you will perform the day-to-day duties of the front Reception desk through the provision of efficient and effective support and coordination of a range of business activities.
Working closely with the Reception Manager, this is a permanent part-time position, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 10am – 6pm. Your role’s responsibilities will include;
Provide a welcoming face for our employees and guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
Ensure guests are signed in and out using our SINE system
Operate Landis Attendant Pro telephony system (switchboard), ensuring calls are answered promptly and forwarded to the appropriate area
Management of meeting rooms & Boardroom including ensuring the reception area and all meeting rooms are neat and tidy
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the business when required, including but not limited to Expenses and Purchase Orders
Create security access passes for new and existing employees
Manage Temp Passes for off-site employees and contractors using log book
Maintain the General Information email inbox and forward emails to the relevant employee or team
Assess incoming enquiries and correspondence, determine priorities, and undertake other action or refer as necessary
About You
Reception/administration experience in a similar role, who enjoys being the first point of contact and managing a busy reception area
Sound knowledge of, and experience with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office Suite and record management system
Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated high-level administrative and organisational skills and able to prioritise and multitask
