We have an exciting opportunity for a Responsible Business Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Responsible Business Manager based in any one of our Australian offices.

The successful applicant will support the delivery of Responsible Business initiatives in the APAC region including the implementation of Reconciliation initiatives, coordination of charitable giving activities, and collection of data for required reporting. This is a unique opportunity to get closely involved in a range of projects making positive impact on people and planet. We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for Reconciliation and social impact. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Support the Responsible Business Manager in all aspects of Reconciliation focused activity within Australia:
Plan and implement National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC initiatives, communications and resources including liaising with RAP Champions in each office.
Liaise with Cultural Competency providers to coordinate Cultural Awareness sessions across the network and promote online Cultural Competency training to staff across the network.
Liaise with Graduate Recruitment team regarding incoming interns, clerks, and graduates across the network.
Build general awareness across the network our HSF’s Reconciliation initiatives.
Engage the broader business to increase procurement opportunities from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses.
Attend key forums and activities.
Contribute to the development of internal and external printed materials and create content for internal communications, intranet and yammer etc.
Community Engagement
Support the Responsible Business Manager in all aspects of community focused activity across the APAC region:
Act as the first point of contact to the office Community Committees and RAP Champions.
Support the firms Social Impact Strategy in collaboration with global Responsible Business colleagues.
Liaise with regional offices to encourage participation in all supported community activities including volunteering and events.
Build relationships with our community partner charities and other relevant organisations in our local communities.
Organise key events in the offices for internal and external audiences.
Manage ad hoc requests for volunteering and in-kind support.
Contribute to the development of internal and external printed materials and create content for internal communications, intranet and yammer etc.
