Bellwether Group are currently looking for experienced Estimators to join the Bellwether team. We would also be very interested in talking to Project Engineers looking to stay localised and move across into the pre-contracts sector.
Bellwether Consulting Group also provide estimating services to top tier designers and government departments.
We're always looking for suitably qualified Cost Estimators for ongoing civil infrastructure projects / tender submissions.
You’ll need to have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Estimating from first principles for multi $m civil construction projects
- Reviewing and assessing tenders - scope, risks, tender complexity
- Preparation of detailed internal estimates & cost plans to tender settlement stage
- Completing Submissions and Tenders from pre-tender through to handover
- Cost estimation and benchmarking of civil infrastructure projects
- Hard dollar contracting and client side experience is beneficial
- Proficient in Expert Estimation software would be advantageous
