About the role
This position will be responsible for the administration and management of the Council’s property portfolio. The role will also Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of a property strategy to provide policy framework and guiding principles for the acquisition, disposition and management of all Council owned or controlled properties.
About you
If you have demonstrated knowledge and experience in Property law and the Local Government Act and have a good understanding of relevant property matters and emergency trends this role is for you. You will also need to have experience in working politically sensitive environment and be able to work in a team environment and positively contribute to the team.
