Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy in Australia, aligning with the Overseas Business objectives and local market dynamics.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive the achievement of revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability.
2. Sales Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for products and services in one or more of the following franchises
- Implement effective sales strategies, customer segmentation, and market penetration initiatives.
- Foster relationships with key accounts, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders
3. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand the company's presence and offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Medical related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and business development, with a focus on the cardiovascular / structural heart medical device industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
Current Location : Sydney / Melbourne
