SalaryWhat you will be doing:
1. As Country Manager, your main target will be to make SHOPLINE the leading commerce SaaS & Solution company in the market for Large Enterprises and SMB’s, meaning you will execute and further develop our local strategy to achieve that.
2. You will grow and lead a team of high performing individuals across a variety of go-to-market functions including: Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development and Merchant Success.
3. You will grow our brand locally by driving high impact partnerships and representing us as the local spokesperson.
4. In this role, you will do business analysis, generate insights, do business planning and manage cross-functional projects.
5. Build and foster relationships across the company, e.g., with other functions such as marketing, communications, RnD and support.
Who we’re looking for:
1. Experience in management consulting, project management, business development in a top tier tech, digital/marketing consultancy, software company, Ecommerce service comp. Experience in ecommerce solution provider or SaaS is a plus.
2. Proven records in being accountable for P&L: responsible for headcount, budgeting, setting and meeting financial targets.
3. Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills in key projects across internal functions and with external partners and possess the ability to work with a diverse set of people.
4. Someone who is passionate about ecommerce and technology; has great entrepreneurial spirit.
