As a Craft Beer Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge AI as we pioneer the integration of Deep Liquid’s world-first customer engagement and sales technology. Picture this: AI augmented direct communication with brewers, venues, capable of driving sales by delivering a revolution in how beer enthusiasts experience their brews. We’re not just breaking molds; we’re creating a whole new beer-drinking dimension, and we want you to be the architect of this liquid revolution.

While your key task will be generating sales for 4 excellent craft brewers, you will be far from an ordinary salesperson. This is your chance to be the voice and the creative force behind introducing the world to never-before-seen, sales and consumer engagement technology capable of creating personalised beer. We’re not just hiring; we’re assembling a squad of disruptors, and we need someone who thrives on using innovation to achieve sales.

Your mission involves being the linchpin in our quest to conquer new territories and minds. The battleground? Establishing these award-winning Brewers portfolio and Deep Liquid as a dynamic combo that sets the industry ablaze.

What you'll do

  • Generate sales for our four excellent craft brewers. This includes promoting our products to on and off premise customers.
  • Use our cutting-edge AI technology, Deep Liquid, to engage with customers and enhance their beer-drinking experience.
  • Represent our brewers at industry events and other public platforms. This includes conducting tastings and presentations to promote our Craft Beer range.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with our team of disruptors to introduce the world to our revolutionary sales and consumer engagement technology.
  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover new opportunities and remain abreast of industry trends.
  • Identify and engage key customer segments, customising marketing messages and campaigns to their preferences.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven background in sales, marketing, or BDM.
  • Passion for Craft Beer and the brewing industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to use innovative technology to drive sales and consumer engagement.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • A creative mindset and problem-solving skills, essential for crafting innovative growth strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
