Reporting to the Marketing Production Manager at Spotlight Retail Group, You will lead the Harris Scarfe Creative Design team to produce quality, consistent and on-brand assets across all required channels and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns as required
What You Will Be Doing
Creative strategy - development and execution of creative requirements for Harris Scarfe across channels including catalogues, POS, press, magazines and customer facing publications, internal publications, branding elements, packaging, etc in conjunction with the Harris Scarfe brand team
Input into and approval of overarching creative execution across other channels including digital, social, eDM, TV, VM
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop major campaign creative and suites of assets through all marketing channels
Translate briefs, conceptualise and facilitate creative solutions across event campaigns in various channels.
Be the creative guardian for the Harris Scarfe brand – maintaining its heritage whilst evolving in line with business objectives
Where required, provide art direction at photography shoots
Build strong, co-operative relationships with internal and external teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of all assets
Manage, develop and support the Harris Scarfe Creative Design Team
Review all work developed by the team, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team
Be a leader within the creative team to develop a collaborative culture
About You
You should have 10+ years’ experience in Art Director and Senior Design roles
Previous Team management experience
Tertiary or relevant qualification in Creative/Design qualification
Prior experience managing multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
High emotional intelligence to lead and develop a team
Strong attention to detail and resilience with ability to work well under pressure
Adobe Suite and design software
Ability and willingness to learn workflow management system
