About the Role
- This role is a fixed term contract role until 31st August 2024.
- This is a Hybrid role with a mix of on site and working remotely.
To be the central point of the studio by working with stakeholders regarding briefs, managing timelines and delivery of assets on time. Briefing the studio team on job requirements, by scheduling and assigning the resources to ensure deadlines are achieved through the internal studio. Manage workflow through Jira and Streamtime workflow tools by being the custodian of these systems. To manage your internal AGL stakeholder expectations and deliver quality work to spec while being consistent with AGL Brand visual and tonal guidelines. Juggle and manage numerous jobs all at various stages. You are the glue of the studio.
What you'll be doing:
- Work and meet with AGL Marketing, Brand and Loyalty Specialists to decipher briefs ensuring they contain all the necessary reference and detail for the creative to deliver against.
- Set up meetings and brief all required creative team members on project requirements.
- Schedule resources on all work advising on deadline expectations by scheduling our designers and copywriters.
- Manage day to day WIP meetings
- Maintain Streamtime workflow system to ensure that this is always current and that team understands tasks and deadlines.
- Manage Jira communication through the studio and be the central team contact with solutions available.
- Manage and ensure that WIP document is continually up to date with accurate status
- Working closely with Studio Manager and team members to manage workload pipeline, and brief allocation
- Review the work and ensure quality control (including all Brand visual and tonal guides are adhered to) before passing back to your AGL stakeholder to review.
- Opening of internal job numbers and set up of projects.
- Communicate regularly with AGL Stakeholders to manage their expectations, ensuring you've agreed upfront the depth and breadth of creative exploration required.
- Create timelines and ensure job is trafficking on time (ensure internal team and client are aware)
- Gatekeeper of workflow process, continual improvement of systems and review of process in collaboration with your Team Lead and AGL Stakeholders
- Organise times for reviews, briefings and debriefing
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have superior stakeholder engagement skills with both internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to translate digital design jargon into executive level communications, as well as a passion for educating the wider team about key creative and studio disciplines.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 4+ years experience within a design studio either within an agency or onsite with clients.
- Must be able to communicate with all people - excellent communication skills
- Determination to achieve and negotiate multiple deadlines
- Must be able to juggle numerous projects at various stages

- Must remain calm and work well under pressure
- Good understanding of internal studio processes
- Excellent organisational skills

- Understands how to manage file transferring and file sizes
