About the role
This is not your typical Credit Control role - we are looking for a passionate and adaptable individual who is looking for a diverse and dynamic work environment. This role is a blend of Credit Control duties, stakeholder and client relationship management and some problem solving thrown into the mix!

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing an assigned portfolio within the debtors and working towards outlined KPIs
• Timely management of Daily, weekly & monthly reports,
• Efficient management of Clients at Risk and 60+ Aged debt
• Working closely with the Head of Credit to contribute to process improvement and influence positive change within Credit.
• Working with our wider finance team and Customer Experience and Retention teams to find solutions for positive business outcomes and Client outcomes.

Your story so far 
The perfect fit for this role will have: 

• At least 2 years experience in a Credit Control role in a professional environment
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
• Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft suite i.e intermediate excel and word
• Exposure to working with third party Credit Bureaus and Collections agencies
