This is not your typical Credit Control role - we are looking for a passionate and adaptable individual who is looking for a diverse and dynamic work environment. This role is a blend of Credit Control duties, stakeholder and client relationship management and some problem solving thrown into the mix!
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing an assigned portfolio within the debtors and working towards outlined KPIs
- Timely management of Daily, weekly & monthly reports,
- Efficient management of Clients at Risk and 60+ Aged debt
- Working closely with the Head of Credit to contribute to process improvement and influence positive change within Credit.
- Working with our wider finance team and Customer Experience and Retention teams to find solutions for positive business outcomes and Client outcomes.
The perfect fit for this role will have:
- At least 2 years experience in a Credit Control role in a professional environment
- Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft suite i.e intermediate excel and word
- Exposure to working with third party Credit Bureaus and Collections agencies
