The Team

MOVE’s Credit and Lending Operations team is responsible for home and consumer lending application, including verification, assessment and approval, documentation, funding and settlement, maintenance throughout the loan, together with Discharges.

A small, experienced and dedicated team, we are looking for an office professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service, is motivated by positive relationships and working with people who help each other to succeed.

The Role

Ensuring a smooth path to credit assessment your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the Credit team’s documents in-box

• Pro-actively follow up outstanding information to complete loan application

• Order identity checks, valuations, title searches and other reports to support the loan application

• Verify information, including authenticity and correctness

• Redact and save documents

• Progress loan applications to assessment within service levels

• Liaising with MOVE’s brokers, members and lending specialists

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as required

• Contributing to operational excellence and high performance

The Person

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

This may include with a Broker, Mortgage company or Bank.

You will also:

• Be an Australian permanent resident

• Have a can-do and mature attitude, with a drive to help members and Brokers with their settlement requirements

• Operate with energy and passion for administration (like, you love it!)

• Enjoy working within processes and procedures

• Demonstrate your experience as a team player each day

• Communicate with professionalism and positivity

• Be adaptable when the pace changes, with great time management

• Curious about the lending and mortgage process, with a learning mindset

• Strive to meet (and exceed) member expectations

• Love a laugh and bring some fun to the workplace!
