About the role
Cricket Tasmania are seeking a passionate Cricket Development Officer to drive growth and increase participation across the Northern Tasmanian community.
Working with local Northern Tasmanian schools and clubs this role supports school contacts and club volunteers to deliver high quality cricket experiences with a key focus on retention of players.
Cricket Tasmania are currently seeking Cricket Development Officers in both the Northern and Southern regions of Tasmania.
About you
- You have highly developed communication skills including the ability to deliver and present information to diverse stakeholders
- You have a strong customer service orientation
- You are great and building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- You are team orientated with the ability to work in a collaborative, flexible manner including the ability to work some nights and weekends across summer
- You have a current drivers licence
- You have a current first aid certificate
- You are committed to diversity and inclusion
- You have a good working knowledge of the role entry level sport plays within the community
- You have a Current Working with Vulnerable People registration or the willingness to obtain this registration
