About the Role
Amplifon Australia is currently looking for a skilled and ambitious CRM Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support the CRM Manager within the Marketing function and the purpose of the role is to analyse and interpret customer data and to proactively provide the team with insights to improve campaigns and channel performance

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Analysis on database to enable deeper understanding of customer segments and overall business trends to be leveraged for marketing campaigns
- Analysis to monitor CRM campaigns effectiveness and channel performance.
- Support in CRM contact plan definition through CRM funnel analysis and forecast to assess contact plan consistency vs budget
- Ensuring the data is at its highest possible quality state to run effective CRM campaigns
- Dashboard analysis, development, and optimization
- Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another business field with high focus on quantitative analysis
- Experience using computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data, perform quick extractions and draw insights from large data sets
- Experience in setting-up dashboards to provide a continuous monitoring of relevant business KPIs to the management
- Experience translating complex methodologies in simple insights to empower all functions to achieve their actionability
- Experience working with data and analytics, high proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts and experience with their business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across the team
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach
