This role is a mix of Group Coaching, Personal Training as well as potential higher level client mentoring/lifestyle coaching for the right person.
We have two locations and have been around for over 12 years.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer.CrossFit experience is a plus but not mandatory.
You will have industry experience and be certified (this won’t be your first coaching role…!)
Our “Superstar” will also be someone who is…
- Passionate and lives health and fitness (Strength & Conditioning must be more than just something you are slightly interested in for now);
- Have a desire to continually learn and grow (You must have an open mind and be continually learning new skills and developing yourself);
- Is elite at customer service (you must genuinely care about your clients and helping them get AMAZING results – it’s all about making this place the best hour of their day);
- Can communicate at a high level (having empathy and building rapport with clients is key to the amazing community we have built);
- Is high energy, outgoing and fun (means you will fit in with the rest of us here…!)
