Cso - Client Service Officer

Provide proactive Personal Assistance and Project Support to a dynamic manager in Canberra City South.A fantastic opportunity has recently become available in a highly successful financial planning business in Canberra City South. Working amongst a team of professionals you will be a key member offering high level executive assistant and project support.

Key duties will include;

• Preparing briefing documents and submission documents
• High level executive assistant support including booking travel, diary management, drafting correspondence, email management, arranging meetings and minute taking.
• Actively manage the project files - create new projects and maintain database
• Assisting with the management of the submitting process
• Coordinating and liaising with high levels stakeholders
• Producing reports, marketing documents, manuals, specifications

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience providing assistance within a commercial business. You will also have the desire to develop your knowledge within project management. The ideal candidate will possess good organisational and time management skills, be able to multitask and be proactive with the initiative to hit the ground running. The role also requires you to be flexible and a good team player as well as corporately presented.
