Customer Administrator

Customer Administrator required for leading company based in City Fringe. The role is handling the on boarding of new customers, entering of company data, maintenance of customers, end of month purchase order/invoices processing, managing adjustments and quality control.
  
Working in a fast-paced environment your key responsibilities with include:

The Role:

• Accurately set up, activate and change customer account details
• Master Data update and maintenance
• Liaise with internal parties – Sales and Operations
• Purchase order/invoice follow and processing
• Manage adjustments
• Assist with monthly reporting
• Quality control of data

The Person:

• Strong Sales Support, Administration or Accounts background
• Action orientated to achieve and meet goals
• Ability to make effective decisions, identify issues and take appropriate action
• Strong Data Entry Skills – High attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Work within a team environment to collaborate on team goals and outcomes
