We have facilities in Queensland, NSW and South Australia and we take pride in our ability to provide an environment which encourages and enables residents to remain independent. This position will be based at our Edge Hill facility Edge Hill Orchards Aged Care - Nursing Home | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) with travel required to our Caravonica and Edmonton homes.
Working as part of a small group and supported by a cohesive marketing and sales support team the primary objective of Sales and Relationship Manager is to grow occupancy and admissions across a number of facilities based in Cairns by identifying new referral channels and maximising the potential of our existing referral partners within the healthcare sector.
You will also work closely with our new resident families to guide them through what can be an emotional, stressful, and often very confusing process to understand the aged care system.
About You
At Infin8, we hire based on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is desirable but not mandatory. However, it is essential that you.
- Have highly developed customer service / business development skills and experience preferably from a service, or hospitality-based industry.
- Can demonstrate the ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve targets.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including compassion & empathy.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
