About The Role
Your main priority as the leader of our Caneland Central Branch is to lead and assist your team while raising the profile of our branch through community involvement, demonstrated team management, and leadership abilities in order to support the Banks sales and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with our exciting and re-vamped L&D processes and EMPOWER your team to grow through various avenues of training and implementation of staff development plans
Lead by example and build relationships with your customers through meaningful conversations
Drive strong team morale, resolve conflicts, form solid, committed teams and make difficult decisions, where necessary
Demonstrate a dedicated approach with enthusiastic and quality outbound calls when engaging with all clientele – 'it's the small things, that make us different'
Promote and expand Auswide Bank's community profile by contributing creative marketing ideas and strategies, in conjunction with your Area Manager
About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, you will also be required to:
Have proven experience leading a service driven team within the Financial Services sector
Model the approachability and down-to-earth nature of a professional leader
Be passionate about understanding our customers and providing exceptional customer service
Have experience motivating a team with a focus on interpersonal skills
