Full Time
Our Customer Care Agents assist customers who have indicated they are looking at cancelling their policy or have missed payments on their policy. In each case, providing exceptional customer service to gain an understanding for the reason for their requests along with providing solutions aimed to assist them.
Essential Criteria:
- A range of experience in a Customer Care/Support/Sales Contact Centre environment
- Proven experience showing the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of a policy
- Well-developed ability to understand and address issues raised by customers and ability to provide solutions to suit customer needs which are in line with business
- Proven empathetic nature towards customers combined with the ability to address and defuse customer concerns/complaints
- Highly developed problem solving ability
- Positive, pro-active and self-motivated approach to work
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Exceptional time management
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced Call Centre environment
- Well-developed understanding of the sales/support and underwriting environment
- Demonstration of Greenstone values on a daily basis
