YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our high performing Trade Store team based in Kalgoorlie, to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Act as a first point of call for all telephone and front counter-based sales enquiries
Building great relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
Assist in keeping our branch stocks, pricing, and promotional displays current
Assist in the receiving, labelling, and storing of incoming goods
Processing customer orders and credits and Ensure products are receipted daily
Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
To be successful, you will have:
Apply a 'customer first' mindset to all day-to-day tasks
Well-presented and excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced dynamic environment
Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be valued
Warehouse, trade counter and or customer service experience highly regarded
Proficient with using a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and all internet tools would be an advantage
