Verve Partners is working with a leading provider of pest control and hygiene solutions with a mission to protect people, property and the environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis in their Beresfield branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, achieving set goals and targets, and maintaining compliance with their business management systems.

Key tasks & responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership to their team
Be a change ambassador and create new policies and procedures
Manage risk and oversee continual improvement opportunities
Act as a focal point for all sales and service management matters
Identify team strengths and actively participate in the training and development of staff

Qualifications & experience required:
Leadership qualities are a must
Basic understanding of financials and KPIs
Demonstrated commitment to best practice delivery of customer service
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Ability to navigate software and train staff
