Multiple part time roles available We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives within our Direct Banking contact centre (who we call Customer Care Specialists), who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers; and who want to grow their career with us!
Our Customer Care Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service. Hours and Training
We have multiple Part Time positions available operating on the below shift: Wed 15:30
- 20:30, Thur 15:30
- 20:30, Fri 12:30
- 20:30 and Sat 12:00-20:30 *Please note; the first 4 weeks of training will be Mon-Fri 15:00-20:00 before reverting to the permanent shift.
The start date for this intake will be 21st November 2022. We offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one. Training will be conducted virtually for 4 weeks, with further on-the-job training and support for an additional 9 weeks!
