Reporting into the Group Customer Care Manager.
This is a challenging and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success, you will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of Customer Care, leading our teams by example and taking our department to the next level.

THE ROLE: Lead, influence and inspire the Customer Care Team to ensure our customers are given the ultimate online experience, throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle across a range of channels such as tickets, email, live chat, and phone calls. Develop personal growth and capability with coaching, training and performance feedback. Engage with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to ensure our processes are run efficiently. Look at ways we can continuously improve and make recommendations to maximise our customer satisfaction. Day to day real-time support of staff, and ownership of member escalations and complaints. Creating an outstanding customer experience by providing the most current styling advice to maximise sales results and customer satisfaction. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Prior experience leading a team within a retail or call centre environment. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills with solutions-focused mindset Have worked with live chat, social media, and email platforms previously. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and handle customer escalations.
