**Job Description:**
Centered for Care Disability Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Champion. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Administrative Officer and Service Manager to ensure compliance with documentation requirements while also fostering strong relationships and implementing support plans. This position requires frequent travel to customer locations across Sydney and the Northern Beaches.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the Senior Administrative Officer and Service Manager to complete essential documentation necessary for regulatory compliance and support plan implementation.
2. Travel to customer locations to establish meaningful relationships and effectively implement tailored support plans.
3. Act as a liaison between the business and customers, as well as their stakeholder teams, including support coordinators, behavior support clinicians, occupational therapists, and family members.
4. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
5. Showcase solid organizational abilities, working efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team, while consistently meeting established KPIs and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
1. Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information effectively in both written and verbal forms.
2. Proficiency in using computer applications and a solid understanding of essential computer skills.
3. Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
4. Track record of meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs consistently, demonstrating strong time management skills and attention to detail.
**Offerings:**
1. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 0900 to 1700, offering stability and a predictable work schedule.
