Your Role & Key Responsibilities
Key purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration. The intent of this role is not to manage day-to-day operations but to monitor and collect insights to influence internal and customer teams to elevate efficiency of the processes with a longer term view. Driving continuous improvement across the e2e network from planning and ordering through to delivery.
In this customer-facing role you'll need to demonstrate your passion for great customer service and collaboration. You will be the key interface with some of our largest Customer accounts, bringing together our Supply Chain and Commercial teams to help build and drive business growth. You will be the voice of the customer within Elida Beauty and the voice of our supply chain externally.
As a result you will be key to driving change, informing decision making and implementing improvements based on commercial, relationship and strategic information.
This role is integral to bringing the supply chain to the commercial conversation. Communication and planning skills are therefore critical. You will be the person who understands and anticipates where things might go wrong and works to ensure that all key people are aware and taking action.
Key accountabilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end supply chain collaboration activities of your key customers being the interface between Elida Beauty Supply Chain & Sales Team and the Customers Supply Chain team
Act as a key point of contact and proactively manage and maintain customer relationships
Identify customer needs and expectations.
Focus on improving Elida Beauty service, responsible for Customers OnTime InFull and any other customer supply chain KPIs
Coordinate joint forecasting (helping getting the supply chain to deliver) .Working with little supervision, analyse data and provide insight to deliver forecast alignment with both the Customers Supply Chain and internal Demand&Commercial Team
Provide Demand planning and Sales team with insight from detailed understanding of customer systems and processes
Accurate delivery of NPD / range revisions / Seasonal activities without any detrimental impact to service or cost to KP or customer
Monitors operating metrics - overseeing that the day to day is running effectively and efficiently with primary focus being on continuous improvement.
Carry out monthly Customer KPIs review
Lead monthly 30/60/90, and any other supply chain meetings with the assigned customers
Help deliver business growth through data based opportunity analysis
Drive continuous improvement projects with customers to improve customer experience (including OSA On Shelf Availability ), Elida Beauty service and reduce cost to serve
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business and customer needs are being met
Problem resolution to drive the above

Experience of FMCG or Retailer is preferred

M/S Office experience including Word, Excel & Power Point
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

An educational background in sciences or business is preferred
