About the role:
The Customer and Employee Service Desk Manager provides leadership and mentoring to team members and drives a culture of continuous process improvement within the Customer Service\Service Desk teams. This role is integral/central to ensuring service requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritising, escalating and resolving employee cases and customer enquiries. It is also responsible for preparing and analysis of regular management report’s.
Full time closed period contract ending in April 2024.
Based in Parramatta Hybrid work options, this varied role will also require you to provide detailed reporting while developing and motivating the team in a high performing, values based and customer-centric environment.
Skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Service Desk or Call Centre Team Leader role
Demonstrated Payroll/Finance/HR experience
Demonstrated Service Desk experience
Remote user support experience
Previous experience in supervising and leading high-performing customer focussed teams
Proficient customer service skills and compliant techniques and experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Superior data analytics skills
An understanding of how to track, monitor and deliver team outcomes
Ability to identify and implement process improvement and efficiency opportunities
