An exciting 13–14-month contract currently exists for an energetic and passionate Customer Excellence Coordinator to join our team based in Laverton. In this role, you will be the customer advocate and ultimately responsible for customer orders within your portfolio. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing a dedicated service point for all order fulfillment activities and inquiries in line with overall account strategies.
Other key elements of your role will include:Maintaining customer satisfaction with stock delivery and supporting any issues that arise
Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with all areas of the business including demand/production planning, warehousing, sales, dispatch, and transport
Supporting team members with operational queries, processes, training and development
About you
Prior experience within a face-to-face or phone-based Customer Service role
Understanding of FMCG, supply chain and logistics preferred but not essential
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
